- Two locations: (1) Firelink Shrine, arriving alongside Rhea of Thorolund and Petrus of Thorolund after the Capra Demon is defeated; (2) Tomb of the Giants, as Hollowed enemies in the pit where Patches kicks the player down, near Rhea.
- Access condition
- Their Firelink Shrine departure (toward becoming Hollow enemies in the Tomb of the Giants) is triggered either by exhausting Petrus's dialogue at Firelink, or by defeating Pinwheel in the Catacombs before ever speaking to Petrus.
- Can die

- Death or hostility conditions
- Become permanently hostile (as Hollows) if Petrus of Thorolund dies before they arrive at Firelink Shrine. Source notes requesting Absolution from Oswald of Carim does not reset this hostility once triggered. Must be defeated in combat in the Tomb of the Giants to unlock Rhea's continued services there.
